We’ll be glad to help you with the hotel room booking.
Transport arrangements to the venue
We’ll be glad to organize all your transportations within the country the Fair takes place in – pick you up from the airport, transport you to the hotel where the Fair will take place as well as from the hotel where you’ll be staying at and back.
We’ll be glad to help you with the arrangment of your transportation between the cities within one country (Moscow and St. Petersburg in Russia, Munich and Frankfurt in Germany).
Visa support
Russia and Kazakhstan
European citizens usually need to book the hotel in order to have all the visa support documents in Russia and Kazakhstan.

Germany
No visa is needed to enter Germany for a period of less then 90 days for the citizens of the UK, the USA, Australia or Canada. |
